Description

We are looking for a technically proficient and proactive Account Manager with a strong drive for results. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, and relationship-building. The Account Manager aims to foster long-term relationships, reduce churn, and contribute to the company’s growth by expanding their customer base.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategic Thinking: Understanding customer needs, identifying areas for upselling and long-term success that align with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.

· Renewal and Expansion Management: Manage the renewal process, organize all documentation related to renewals and expansions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

· Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with CSM team and technical teams to ensure a unified experience. Collaborate with finance and legal to facilitate smooth handling of paperwork and ensure all requirements are met.

· Customer advocacy: Foster strong customer relationships, turning satisfied clients into advocates, participating in case studies, testimonials and referrals.

· Client communications: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for renewal paperwork.

· Proven experience in an account management role

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a pro-active mindset

· Cyber Industry experience

· BA/BS degree or equivalent

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and rapidly changing environment

· Experience presenting and engaging with audiences ranging from the End-User to C-Level Executives

· Ability to collaborate cross functionally
