Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships and driving growth in a high-impact SaaS environment? Mindsite is looking for a seasoned Account Manager to take the lead in managing key partnerships, ensuring client success, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across global markets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or e-commerce-related consulting roles.
  • Firm grasp of B2B SaaS dynamics, especially in e-commerce or digital shelf analytics.
  • Proven ability to own customer relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to renewal and upsell.
  • A consultative mindset: you’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and translating client needs into strategic actions.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own and grow relationships with your portfolio of mid to large-sized clients.
  • Lead strategic onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of Mindsite’s analytics solutions along with your Technical Account Manager.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, sharing insights that drive measurable e-commerce outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor—proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and championing your clients’ goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to drive customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  • Identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Build and improve internal processes that scale customer success.
