Mindsite is looking for a seasoned Account Manager to take the lead in managing key partnerships, ensuring client success, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across global markets.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or e-commerce-related consulting roles.
Firm grasp of B2B SaaS dynamics, especially in e-commerce or digital shelf analytics.
Proven ability to own customer relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to renewal and upsell.
A consultative mindset: you’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and translating client needs into strategic actions.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.
In This Role, You Will:
Own and grow relationships with your portfolio of mid to large-sized clients.
Lead strategic onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of Mindsite’s analytics solutions along with your Technical Account Manager.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, sharing insights that drive measurable e-commerce outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor—proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and championing your clients’ goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to drive customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
Build and improve internal processes that scale customer success.
