In this role, you will be the steward of Alorica’s brand voice and craft compelling content that drives engagement and aligns with our brand mission, vision, and promise. If you have exceptional writing skills and a passion for creating content that captivates, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Write high-impact, on-brand copy for demand generation activities, including for websites, social media, email campaigns, ads, blogs, and other marketing materials. Create clear and persuasive strategic messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
Translate complex, data-rich content into clear, compelling messages that articulate our value to customers in the analytics and AI space.
Partner with Marketing Managers to create and execute projects and campaigns. Must stay up to date on market trends, competitor messaging, and audience preferences to create impactful content.
Maintain and refine Alorica’s brand voice and tone across all communication channels.
Incorporate SEO best practices into copywriting to improve search engine rankings.
Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
Align Content with Sales & Marketing Goals – Work closely with stake holders across the organization to understand client pain points and needs.
Qualifications
B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
5+ years professional writing as a content strategist and/or copywriter (BPO or similar industry experience a plus.)
Experience tailoring messaging to specific stages of the buyer’s journey. Knowledge of marketing acquisition channels: email, owned and paid media (social, digital, retargeting) ABM, as well as SEO and SEM
Exceptional collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills while always championing the user experience.
The ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly while still following best practices in a fast-paced environment
