Junior Content Strategist

Code District is looking for someone who writes like a real person, thinks in brand voice, and knows how to share content that actually resonates with the viewer.

If youve got a good grip on content writing, understand tone and timing, and enjoy adding a bit of wit or personality when it fits, youll probably enjoy working with us. This role is a mix of writing, publishing, curating, and collaborating. Youll help bring our podcast, emails, and social channels to life, and learn a lot along the way.

We dont expect you to know everything on day one. But we are looking for someone whos curious, takes ownership, and isnt afraid to explore, learn on the go, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Youll be working on:

• Publishing content across podcast platforms and social media
• Writing social copy, email campaigns, and micro-content
• Supporting broader creative tasks: idea curation, timelines, occasional chaos control
• Experimenting with formats, testing what works, and being part of the feedback loop
