As a Senior Content Strategist, your passion for social platforms and culture drives you to stay ahead of trends, uncover opportunities, and keep our brands at the forefront. Whether you're analyzing content performance, ‘hacking’ platform algorithms, or scouring comment sections for insights, you guide the team to create content that connects with the right audience and stays true to our brands. You’re always in the loop, tracking updates from Adam Mosseri, tuning into creator podcasts like Colin and Samir, and diving into communities on Reddit and Discord. Social is your world, and you know how to optimize every post for timing, SEO, and hashtags to ensure maximum relevancy.

The Action:

• Drive the development and execution of content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, audience insights, and platform best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities for impactful social content and campaigns, and test across platform approaches, tone of voice, and overall content effectiveness.
• Lead strategic brainstorming sessions, guiding creative teams with data-driven insights and ensuring consistency across messaging and execution.
• Oversee content planning, community engagement, and performance reporting, leveraging insights to refine strategy and optimize client social channels.
• Own and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, providing strategic recommendations to enhance content effectiveness and audience engagement.
