This is a permanent full time remote opportunity for those based in the UK.

About the role

Nearform are actively seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our European team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, building and fostering lasting relationships with key strategic partners to help drive increased impact at existing customers and accelerate new customer acquisition

Nearform strategic partners go across cloud and data platforms, system integrators, SaaS leaders and independent consultancies where there is a complementary offering and GTM motion. This role is critical in identifying, nurturing, and managing high-impact partnerships that accelerate our growth, extend our market reach, and enhance our service offerings.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships primary goal is to increase revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying new sales opportunities and developing joint business plans. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, delivery, and engineering teams to align partnerships with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners including technology platforms, system integrators, channel partners, and key industry players.
  • Identify, define and evolve joint propositions and go-to-market offerings with partners
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners helping to drive engagement and commercial growth
  • Collaborate closely with Client Principals, Sales & Solutions team and Marketing across Europe along with colleagues and peers in Americas region
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of partner solutions
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics

What we are looking for in this person:

  • Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances—ideally within a tech consultancy, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the tech consulting landscape, particularly in AI, cloud, data, software engineering, and digital transformation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with major cloud providers and technology platforms is a strong plus.
