As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the driving force behind boosting mobile user acquisition and retention for our valued clients. Your role will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

We're seeking an Adtech pro who thrives in a team environment, possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, and can navigate high-pressure demands of delivering results, taking ownership, and leveraging sales opportunities.


Requirements

  • +3 years of experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
  • +2 years experience with programmatic buying on DSP or SSP
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Fluency in English - a must
  • Knowledge of mobile monetization and advertising
  • Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Appmetrica, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to create strategic relationships with key players in the industry
  • BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Sales experience – either upselling, cross-selling, or both are required
  • Highly committed and results-oriented
  • Moscow-based is a plus
