JOB SUMMARY

To support enGen's growing business, we’re hiring a Sales Alliance Manager that will be responsible for supporting technology and services sales with enGen’s alliance and technology partners.  The incumbent will be responsible for supporting enGen’s sales strategy, supporting leadership to ensure sales and profitability goals are met/exceeded, and pursuing prospective enGen clients.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Growth Pursuit Executive within healthcare payers and providers (lead generation and qualification):

  • Proactively reach out and communicate with prospects across multiple channels to identify prospects, generate leads, and build relationships. 

  • Growth Pursuit Executive for new alliance partners:

  • Proactively work to identify and build relationships with new alliance partners that support enGen’s vision for growth and digital transformation across the healthcare industry.

  • Relationship building with prospects and clients:

  • Build rapport with enGen’s prospects and clients.  Work to become a trusted advisor and build long-lasting/genuine relationships.

  • Manage and support enGen’s alliance and technology partners to help drive alignment around sales strategies, joint opportunities, etc:

  • Work with enGen’s alliance partners on joint GTM strategies that will drive long-term success for prospective clients.

  • Gain internal alignment:

  • Collaborate across internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on enGen’s sales/GTM strategies.

  • Conference planning and strategy:

  • Lead planning activities for enGen’s presence at specific healthcare conferences based on qualified criteria (prospecting, relationship building, brand visibility, market intelligence, etc.)

  • Proposal & RFP Management:

  • Support proposal development timelines, coordinate input across teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 years' experience in B2B enterprise technology sales and enabling technology alliances and partnerships

  • 5 years' experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

  • 5 years' experience with proven track record of being a prospector

  • 5 years' experience in Driving technology sales (understanding of sales processes from lead to closure)

  • 3 years' experience in Health Plan Technology     

  • 3 years' experience with solid understanding of healthcare ecosystem (payer or provider) and familiarity with key domains like CMS interoperability, Quality management, care & utilization management, and digital health

  • 3 years' experience in Social Selling (leverage social media platforms to build relationships, generate leads, and promote enGen’s products)


Preferred

  • 2 years of experience with RFP/RFI response processes.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and structured storytelling

  • Interpersonal skills (relationship building, strong communication, presentation skills, etc.)

  • Experience in managing alliance/partnerships

  • Comfortable in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with ambitious achievement goals

  • Adaptability (working as one broad team and being willing to help where needed)

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Pay Range Minimum:

$92,300.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$172,500.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.  The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
