About the Team:

Our Identity Access Management team is the essential partner in the assessment of relationship risk. We help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas Identity Authentication & Verification and Customer Data Management. The team sells to P&C focused insurance carriers.

About the Job:

The Vertical Account Manager role is focused purely around selling our Identity Access Management solutions. It is anticipated that VAMs will insure and grow additional revenue opportunities and protect revenue base via a total solution strategic approach and spearhead the penetration of LexisNexis RISK solutions within assigned accounts through calling (both in the field and telephonically) on existing accounts/bill groups for incremental revenue and growth.

 

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives. Managing territory projections and plans, and implementing sales activities that assess revenue potential, and target revenue opportunities. 
  • Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
  • Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans that include; developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business; forecasting revenue; developing key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts. Contact and meet with account decision makers to determine the business needs to penetrate new business opportunities.
  • Clearly demonstrating your understanding of LexisNexis RISK Solutions pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively answer clients questions or implement solutions in a timely fashion. 
  • Working closely in a team environment with sales support and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs. This position is part of a strong comprehensive sales team including a Customer Manager and Product Solution Specialist.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in selling Identity Access Management/ Fraud and Identity Verification solutions is preferred
  • Extensive experience in direct or solutions B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience successfully building client relationships
  • Prior experience working with data or in data sales
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; SAS skills a plus
  • Up to 50% travel is required for this position.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $120,000-130,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $120,000-130,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $120,000-130,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $120,000-130,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Colorado:$96,600.00 - $179,400.00
