THE ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Account Manager provides a range of support to current customers. It is the job of the Account Manager to ensure the services rendered by Precision’s customers are billed and paid for appropriately.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
• All assigned accounts follow an established process for patient intake, patient insurance, and all necessary patient data collection.
• Increased reimbursements (paid claims) within all assigned accounts through front end and ongoing collection of accurate and updated insurance and all necessary patient data.
• Account retention of 100% within your territory.
• Establish and maintain compliance with all relevant insurance payer policies within all assigned accounts in your territory.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to proactively address claimrelated issues and payer policy adherence.
• To be successful, you agree that technology is a key part of every business process, and you will make new technology adoption part of your routine.
• Become fluent in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office635) applications assigned to your role. Common applications include: Teams, Word, Excel, Tasks and Planner
• Complete training in a timely manner that is assigned to you. Training is primarily conducted via Microsoft Learn modules and is assigned based on:
o Position/Job Role – Most positions require a core set of Microsoft 365 working knowledge
o Project Role – As member of a project team, you may be required to complete training before you can engage with the project team or commence project work
ADDITIONAL JOB CONSIDERATIONS:
• This position is Full-Time, Exempt
• Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs, fingers (typing and/or writing)
• Requires sitting (15% of time), walking (10% of time), and standing (75% of time)
• Exposure to general office environmental conditions
• Reaching above/below shoulder level
• Occasionally required to lift to 20 pounds
