Position Summary:
Responsible for playing a pivotal role in our marketing team, focusing on advancing leads through the sales funnel and ensuring long-term customer engagement. Drives post-lead nurturing efforts to advance leads to sales, support mid-funnel marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales, and enhance post-close retention strategies to ensure long-term customer engagement. Proficient in designing, building, and managing email and SMS marketing campaigns. Also, excels in segmenting audiences, analyzing campaign performance, developing lead nurturing programs, and adjusting strategies to maximize conversion rates. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements integrated marketing campaigns, specifically email and SMS, using customer engagement platforms such as Braze and Salesforce.
- Manages end-to-end execution of lifecycle initiatives, including copy and asset development, audience segmentation, campaign and journey setup, testing, and deployment.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the customer journey; segments audiences for targeted and personalized communications, delivering tailored messages to specific targeted cohorts.
- Monitors campaign performance and leads progression to make data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborates with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Provides regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders by using learnings to guide future initiatives.
- Oversees campaigns and sends requests from cross-functional partners and serving as a lifecycle expert and owner on cross-functional projects.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and/or or minimum of three (3) + years’ experience working in lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).Technical experience setting up one-time and triggered campaigns, building user journeys, segmenting audiences, and evaluating performance in marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $56,000 and $99,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
