Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data across various platforms, ensuring that all information is entered with precision and maintained consistently to support operational efficiency.
  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring that all commitments are well-coordinated and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing essential documents, managing email correspondence, and maintaining organized records, contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving administrative issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in data entry and general administrative support. Prior experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other data management platforms is required. Familiarity with communication tools like Zoom or Slack is also necessary. Experience with Trello is a plus.
