Tyler and Chad Ybarra are the owners of Magic Rentals, an equipment rental company specializing in the studio industry. With extensive expertise and six years in business, Magic Rentals provides high-quality production equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, heaters, misting fans, dolly heaters, battery lights, and more. At Magic Rentals, they don't just offer rentals - they provide reliability, innovation, and exceptional service, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is resourceful, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and personal support tasks. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and reliability, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and who aligns with Magic Rentals' Core Values of:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and organize emails
  • Process order entry and invoicing
  • Manage insurance tasks
  • Assist with real estate tasks
  • Manage personal tasks, bill payments, and day-to-day organization

Position Details

  • This is a W2 employee position
  • Benefits include Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Monthly Stipend, and Bonus Pay
  • The position will be 20-25 hours per week with the potential to grow to full- time hours as the need arises
  • Starting hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM PT
  • The pay rate is $24/hr USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
