Job description

Industry: Wholesale, E-commerce, and Trade Show Sales

Location: Remote

Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $5 - $6 per hour

Job Summary

A growing wholesale and e-commerce company is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support its operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, email campaigns, social media engagement, and administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Send email campaigns to a large customer base, promoting trade shows and product updates.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to confirm receipt of communications.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and fulfillment details.
  • Manage and engage with customers on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics, including invitations and customer outreach.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and order details.
  • Support warehouse operations by tracking inventory and resolving delivery issues.
  • Conduct market research and prospect potential clients.
  • Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and assist with presentations.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support Specialist.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email management, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and wholesale business operations is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reliable internet connection and required equipment for video calls.
