Job Title: GoHighLevel CRM Expert

Schedule: Flexible | Approximately 10–12 hours per week
Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert to help set up, manage, and optimize our CRM workflows and automations. This role requires hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform and a strategic mindset to streamline lead management, campaign automation, and client communications. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and marketing-savvy, with a strong understanding of funnels, email/SMS campaigns, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure GoHighLevel CRM, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations

  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and appointment booking systems

  • Design and execute email and SMS campaigns

  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs with GoHighLevel as needed

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues or bugs

  • Train team members on how to effectively use GoHighLevel features

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and engagement

  • Ensure all CRM workflows are aligned with marketing and sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year)

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead funnels, and automation workflows

  • Ability to build and optimize email, SMS, and nurture sequences

  • Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and Zapier

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy with attention to detail and process optimization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with agencies, coaches, or service-based businesses

  • Basic knowledge of copywriting and funnel conversion strategies

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
