Job description

As a UX Analyst at LegalMatch Philippines, you'll help the company deliver better products by evaluating and testing our software from an end-user perspective, helping refine features and develop new ideas.

Your responsibilities include:

Understanding user interactions across our products to identify usability issues and improvements.
Conducting regular UX testing to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences, reporting findings to Product and QA teams.
Identifying blockers to conversion and proposing data-driven enhancements.
Collaborating with analysts to establish benchmarks for task success, time on task, and user error rates, using insights to drive performance improvements.
Ensuring the user journey aligns with business and customer expectations, addressing issues during the requirements and testing phases.
Working closely with stakeholders to enhance LegalMatch features, contributing UX expertise and innovative solutions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a UX tester/Analyst.
Creative and tech savvy
With thorough understanding of UX design, information architecture, and testing for conversion; a background in design thinking will be great
