POSITION DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will communicate with prospects and existing clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also assist the Business Development team by setting up appointments and coordinating follow-ups to support customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
INSIDE SALES
• Lead Generation:
o Research and identify potential clients using CRM tools and online resources.
o Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails.
• Sales Outreach:
o Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products.
o Send personalized follow-up emails and proposals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain regular contact with existing customers to build long-term relationships and
drive sales.
o Address customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge:
o Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
o Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospects.
• Pipeline Management:
o Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM.
o Track and update the status of leads, opportunities, and deals.
• Quota Achievement:
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Collaborate with the team to strategize on achieving sales goals.
• Collaboration with Marketing:
o Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns.
o Work with marketing to tailor messaging based on customer feedback.
• Quote & Proposal Management:
o Prepare and send sales quotes and deal proposals.
o Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Reporting & Forecasting:
o Generate reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and KPIs.
o Share insights with management to support decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Participate in training and development programs.
o Recommend process improvements to enhance sales enhancements.
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
REGIONAL:
• Work with the regional sales teams to ensure consistency in sales processes, avoid duplication and utilize additional resource/dataset.
MEETINGS:
• Weekly 1:1 with direct manager
• Bi-Weekly / Weekly Sales Meeting
• Monthly Sales meeting
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems (NetSuite, Numerik).
6. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups.
7. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8. Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
9. Proficiency with productivity and communication tools.
The candidate must be based in the Philippines.
Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
