Event Field & Tour Manager


At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dynamic Event Field & Tour Manager to travel, drive as needed, and work to execute promotional events across the country. The Event Field & Tour Manager will be under the direction of the Field Operations Director and serve as the primary field specialist in charge of flawless execution and quality assurance of the event. The role’s responsibility requires being comfortable driving large vehicles such as a box truck or panel van, loading and unloading event assets, and setting them up. The Event Field & Tour Manager is responsible for directing the use of event resources (event setup, equipment, and labor as needed) to ensure maximum effectiveness of the brand message and achievement of campaign objectives. Continually optimizes quality in all areas, including but not limited to the aesthetic look of the setup, event entertainment value (sound and visual), effectiveness of interaction with consumers, and total impact of the mobile marketing initiative to the target audience. Works closely with the client/brand, oversees events, and documents the event via reporting and pictures.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary field authority/main point of contact.
  • Provide leadership to the field team to reach program goals.
  • Motivate and support the team to execute without incident every time at every event. Responsible for flawless on-site event management and coordination, including vendor assets.
  • Document the event via reporting and pictures.
  • Responsible for event assets, transport, and maintenance of all assets.
  • Participate in mandatory online trainings and conference calls; Attend possible ongoing monthly product trainings, team meetings, client trainings, etc.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required
  • 2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in related field/industry
  • Experience managing events on-site as well as having the ability to delegate tasks to a team of associates to achieve event goals
  • Thorough knowledge of principles of effective brand marketing, specifically mobile marketing
  • Proven experience in effective communications, consumer/client relations, and management
  • Must have Reliable Transportation
