This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 1PM - 5PM
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (EST/EDT)
Conduct outbound calls to potential property sellers from provided lead lists
Pre-qualify leads using provided scripts tailored to specific situations (pre-foreclosure, expired listings, probate, etc.)
Identify and understand seller motivations and property circumstances
Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of contact attempts
Pass qualified leads to the acquisition team for further evaluation
Follow up with potential sellers as needed
Use multiple scripts appropriately based on lead source and situation
Achieve specified conversion targets for lead qualification
Requirements:
Previous cold calling or lead qualification experience
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to show empathy and build rapport quickly
Comfort with handling sensitive situations professionally
Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialers
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Strong attention to detail for accurate lead documentation
Professional phone manner and excellent English communication skills
Scope:
Part-time position at 20 hours per week

Utilize 5 different situation-specific scripts
Report directly to the acquisition team
Performance measured by lead qualification and conversion metrics
