· Create feature test plans, test summary reports, deployment plans, and other documentation to follow the defined QA test strategy

· Promote test automation to reduce time spent manually testing products

· Work with the teams to identify and fix root causes of failed automation tests

· Create QA tests using best practices and test-design techniques

· Coordinate and support product deployments with QA testing

· Ensure defect management procedures are followed on your teams

· Plan regression testing for product releases with the teams, ensuring high-quality software is released to the customers
