The Client Relationship Manager is primarily a Brand Ambassador for the organization, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential business partners. This is a client-facing role which requires an individual who understands the dynamics of client relationships, is comfortable representing the organization and presenting information in formal and informal settings. Previous experience reading and interpreting contracts or formal documents is desired. EMS experience and/or knowledge or understanding of medical terminology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Organizational Impact:
In this role for Digitech, you are our brand ambassador for our clients and the patients that they serve. You impact your line of business by ensuring our current clients’ needs are addressed and issues are resolved, and that our organization is represented at formal and informal meetings.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding of new clients
Build relationships with key client decision makers
Meet with current clients to ensure retention
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
Interpret and understand client contracts and ensure we are meeting all contractual requirements
Review and monitor client KPIs & Metrics
Work with Sales & Marketing Team as they prepare new and renewal proposals and client presentations
Assist all parties, both internal and external, with contract renewals
Attend shortlist meetings, trade shows and other functions as required, always representing the organization in a professional manner
Ability to learn and discuss our entire suite of billing software and implementation process
Able to collaborate with all internal teams including Account Management team, Billing, Sales & Marketing, Software Developers, as needed
Skills/Experience Required
EMS experience and/or knowledge or understanding of medical terminology strongly preferred.
Previous experience reading and interpreting contracts or formal documents is desired.
Strong computer skills. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required; ability to create reports and move information throughout workbooks.
Ability to learn new computer systems & software and understand workflows
Ability to deal calmly and effectively with situations via telephone while maintaining and promoting a positive company image.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to present information and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete all work assigned.
