The Role Gorilla Commerce is looking for an extremely passionate, goal-orientatedPerformance Marketing Associate - to facilitate analysis and day to day execution of product optimization across our family of brands on the Amazon and Walmart seller platforms. This person will be both a creative and analytical individual who uses data to influence recommendations that drive performance.
Job Description: As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our advertising campaigns on Amazon and the Off- Amazon platforms. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on maximizing ROI and delivering measurable results. Working closely with our team of advertising experts, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the growth and success of GCs' businesses.

Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and optimize on-Amazon and on-Walmart paid marketing campaigns across the Gorilla Commerce portfolio of brands.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Drive Amazon advertising efficiency by optimizing campaigns to achieve target TACoS and maximize CVR, ensuring sustained growth and profitability through data-driven strategies and continuous performance analysis.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve company's objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on the Amazon platform to continuously improve campaign performance.
Elevate reporting analysis skills, proficiently utilizing Excel to interpret diverse reports and strategically align information to achieve set goals.
Create and deliver weekly/monthly advertising reporting for leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in performance marketing on the Amazon advertising platform -While Walmart experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to maintain campaigns via bulk uploads
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant analytics tools.
Google Ads or other digital marketing certifications are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.

100% Remote Role based outside of the U.S.
Contractor position – paid through Deel
40 hours per week
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note with the Daylight Savings time change it may entail a local time shift.
