About this role:
At Cyngn, we're building cutting-edge autonomous vehicle solutions that transform industrial fleets into intelligent, self-driving systems. As our team grows, we're looking for a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter to help us find the exceptional talent that will shape the future of autonomy.

In this role, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of technical roles—ranging from software engineers and robotics specialists to systems architects and machine learning experts. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand team needs and act as a strategic partner in building high-performing, mission-aligned teams.

Responsibilities
  • Find and connect with strong engineering candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Screen candidates to keep the hiring pipeline full of qualified talent
  • Support hiring managers through the interview process and help influence top candidates to join
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to set clear hiring goals and build a plan to meet them


  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with Software/Robotics 
  • Experience with Lever or other ATS
  • Highly experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting 
  • Ability to attract candidates and build a strong pipeline, have an established network of candidates from work history
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, personable and professional 
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across different type of roles and levels
  • Organized, strong verbal and written communication skills
