Required skills:
• 8+ years of technical (specifically software engineers) recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting OR 8+ years of nontechnical sourcing recruiter experience in a corporate setting (no agency)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience in Boolean search
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
