This is a remote position.
You’ll be on most calls, helping prioritize tasks, organize the day, manage the inbox, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you also have light bookkeeping skills, this could become a dual role—or we’ll hire two people if needed.
Meetings & Execution:
Join Zoom/Google Meet calls daily to take detailed, actionable notes
Create and update to-do lists and follow-ups based on each call
Remind the founder of priorities, meetings, and tasks daily in a constructive way
Keep the week and month organized through Monday.com and shared calendars
Email & Time Management:
Manage Gmail: unsubscribe from spam, sort into folders, highlight priorities
Ensure inbox zero by end of day
Help with time-blocking for focus time, meetings, workouts, and family time
Monitor Monday.com and send key tasks into Telegram to ensure quick responses
Organization & Systems:
Maintain clean, well-organized files in Google Drive
Be highly responsive via Slack, Telegram, and email
Communicate clearly, efficiently, and respectfully
Help streamline systems and reduce mental load for the founder
If you’re also skilled with basic accounting:
Track money in and out (including cash transactions via notes)
Light QuickBooks work
Maintain financial sheets in Google Sheets
Help reconcile monthly budgets and keep things organized
