The Account Manager will manage client relationships with some of the most prestigious accounting firms in the world, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, identifying client needs, resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams to drive solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential.   

This position offers a starting salary of $60k per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision. life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate firm products to existing clients. 
  • Book renewal business and new products with existing clients. 
  • Perform administrative duties associated with sales. 
  • Market products through emails to existing clients. 
  • Reporting of sales for the  department. 
  • Perform customer service duties with clients.  
  • Supply manuals and support to discussion leaders. 
  • Perform technical support for clients.  
  • Other duties as assigned.  

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required. 
  • 2+ years of account management experience required.  
  • Accounting experience preferred.   

Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
