Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the Malaysia office, including maintenance of the office environment, management of fixed assets, and coordination of lease contracts to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in liaising with and maintaining local vendors, including but not limited to the procurement of office supplies, holiday gifts, and international express shipping, ensuring service quality and cost control.
  • Support employee-related matters such as travel, visas, access cards, insurance, and social security, and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Participate in planning and organizing team-building activities, cultural events, and holiday benefits to enhance employee experience and sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams in China and other overseas offices to ensure smooth execution and advancement of cross-regional administrative tasks.
  • Support the company's local business development by providing necessary administrative and logistical support, and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Over 1 year of administrative-related work experience; experience in multinational cultures or internet companies is preferred. Outstanding candidates may be considered if they are recent graduates, with priority given to those with administrative internship experience.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, visa policies, social security systems, and administrative matters. Strong vendor management and office space management experience is required.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and execution abilities; capable of independently advancing various administrative tasks.
  • Good communication skills with a strong team-orient.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
