About the job

As a Client Development Manager (CDM) at Stravito, your primary focus is to drive business growth and achieve high client retention by expanding Stravito's value within client organizations. This role is pivotal in ensuring sustainable, long-term partnerships by maximizing client satisfaction, securing renewals, and growing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. The CDM is responsible for the commercial strategy for assigned enterprise clients, working closely with Customer Success and further functions to unlock the full potential of our platform, enabling clients to meet their business objectives. Your success in this role is measured by how well you:

  • Create a substantial up- and cross-sell pipeline

  • Achieve ARR growth targets across assigned accounts

  • Secure high client retention rates (renewal)

  • Expand Stravito's presence within client organizations

  • Reach exceptional levels of client satisfaction and advocacy

You will join the dynamic and highly skilled CDM team with colleagues both in the US and in Europe, and you will report to our Head of Client Development based in Germany. You will work fully remote with your base for employment in one of the following states (where our current team is located); NC, SC, TX, GA, or OH.
