Job description

The Program Management Partner is responsible for delivering implementation, ongoing managed services, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. The Program Management Partner will oversee the coordination and delivery of high-visibility and complex Implementation Services projects, including but not limited to discovery, custom scoping, and the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs). This role will work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Client Support, and Customer Success, as necessary. The role will contribute to maintaining forecasting/reporting initiatives pertaining to the development of professional services products via cross-functional collaboration.

Expected Duties: 
- Will serve as the key contact point for Services operations and internal/external stakeholders
- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring Project change control requests and creating custom statements of work per sales alignment
- Expected to work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project
-Gather required end-user data to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications and identify and assess risks associated with technical projects and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
-Responsible for a monthly Quality Control check on live projects, including reviewing project plans, revenue recognition, and completed Implementation Acceptance forms
-Expected to review and audit project workspaces to ensure accuracy, quality, and completion and maintain active/inactive backlog in preparation for financial reporting in a biweekly and monthly capacity

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position. 

- Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area 
-Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
-Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
-Strong proficiency in working with SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
-Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
-Understanding of SaaS implementation, the financial/lending industry, and overall customer experience
-Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, and their application in process improvement
-Experience in process mapping and documentation, utilizing tools such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and process models
-Experience with project management methodologies and tools
-Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with various audiences, including executive management and other cross-functional stakeholders 
-Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Salary range of $94,500 - $133,400. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
