As we expand our digital marketing capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation Manager with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. This role focuses on delivering plug-and-play automation solutions to drive customer engagement and support the growth of our portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Strategy & Implementation:Design, deploy, and manage advanced marketing automation strategies across email, CRM, social, and other digital channels to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of leading marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns that produce immediate, measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and reporting tools to continuously refine automation workflows and enhance overall performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SEO, SEM, and creative teams to ensure a unified digital marketing strategy.
  • Plug-and-Play Impact: Deliver rapid and impactful improvements to our marketing operations using your proven expertise.
  • Programmatic Advertising Management & Optimization: Develop, execute, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns—managing DSP platforms, bid strategies, and audience segmentation—to complement our automation efforts and drive targeted, data-driven ad placements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on marketing automation experience with a proven record of driving significant business results.
  • Programmatic Marketing Experience: Prior experience planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and a strong grasp of data analytics and campaign optimization. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, DMPs) and digital ad buying processes is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated capability to deliver plug-and-play solutions with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

  • Startup Experience: Experience working with early-stage startups, demonstrating the agility to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Cross-Channel Expertise: Ability to integrate automation with other digital marketing functions seamlessly.
