What You’ll Do As a Director Of Compensation
Design, develop, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentive pay and long-term incentive pay, ensuring alignment with company objectives and competitive market standards
Partner with the compensation team and senior leadership to manage the annual compensation process, including base pay adjustments, merit increases, annual bonuses, and equity distribution
Oversee the development and deployment of paygrade structures to maintain consistency and equity across all organizational roles
Partner with HRIS to implement compensation and variable pay management software
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Finance teams to ensure compensation programs are aligned with the business needs and talent strategy
Provide consultation and guidance to HR Business Partners and senior leaders regarding pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations, ensuring compensation practices are fair, equitable, and competitive
Prepare and present compensation reports and analyses to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations
Provide senior leadership with guidance on current trends in compensation and propose strategic adjustments, as appropriate
Develop and maintain key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs
Lead a team of compensation professionals, ensuring high-quality performance and team development
Partner with compensation vendors to work on special projects and ensure the effectiveness of external resources and tools

What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
12+ years of progressive experience in human resources including a significant focus in Compensation
Minimum of five years leading multi-disciplinary teams in Human Resources, including Compensation
Exposure to executive compensation and LTI at a publicly traded company
Experience implementing large scale comp initiatives in partnership with Sr. Leadership
Experience implementing or working with compensation and variable pay management software, preferably SuccessFactors
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large distributed workforce, across multiple states and jurisdictions
Additional Qualifications
Ability to compile, analyze, and present data
Expert interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, and leaders throughout the organization
CCP preferred
Experience working in SAP SuccessFactors preferred
