Job description

Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits to lead compensation and benefits strategy while serving client base globally. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative reward strategies that align with the company's values and drive talent acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead global compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the overall compensation and benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess competitiveness of compensation structures and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop compensation philosophies and programs that foster a culture of performance and recognition.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation processes including annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and equity grants.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal compensation regulations.
  • Lead efforts to communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, enhancing understanding and transparency.
  • Provide expert guidance to HR and business leaders regarding market trends and pay best practices.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs through data analysis and employee feedback, and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a global context.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, regulations, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CCP are a plus.
