The position will work with field leadership to address and mitigate risks with low teammate engagement and to analyze the business need as it relates to talent, training, compensation, HR policy and changes in legislation. As such, the successful candidate will have experience working in labor relations and/or experience identifying and responding to teammate engagement opportunities. Balancing time between projects and crisis-response is critical for success in this role.
This position will be based in either California or Denver, CO and will report to the Director of Labor Relations. This role will need to travel to other states to support teammate engagement efforts. Travel will be unpredictable; up to 40% of the time.

Salary/ Wage Range
$100,000.00 - $147,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
