Job description

Bio-Process Sales Representative North West US Region  

 

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Bioprocess Division 

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: Foxx Life Sciences is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, confident Sales Representative who will develop and manage the US North-West region. This position requires prior sales experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry. The ideal person will focus on developing strong working relationships with clients through development of a deep understanding of their needs and identifying opportunities for growth by providing superior solutions that enhance our client’s performance, while providing superior customer satisfaction. 

 

This position will be responsible for sales in the Northwestern United States identified as Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Montana and Wyoming. If you are looking for the next challenge in your career, here it is!  

 

 

 

Role and Responsibilities 

  1. The candidate must reside within the territory, preferred location is in the Bay area of Northern California. 
  2. Must have prior Bio-Process Sales experience.
  3. Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth that includes.
    1. Development of new bioprocess clients.
    2. Manage and grow existing bioprocess clients.
  4. Provide constant positive communication, follow-up and client satisfaction, through site visits, phone, email and social media.
  1. Meet and/or exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and working with the internal engineering and quality teams, resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
  3. Track and manage all opportunities through the Company CRM System (MS Dynamics)
  4. Leverage CRM for pipeline development and opportunity management 
  5. Update request logs/weekly reports and sales meetings.
  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as requested.
  7. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience 
  • Science background required; bioprocess sales or manufacturing background preferred.
  • Understanding of the processes used in the manufacture of therapeutic drugs.
  • Preferred 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a strong record of performance.
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including excel, ppt, teams.
  • Experience is using CRM as a daily activity management tool
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Superior time management and multi-tasker.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills include strong presentation skills.
  • Able to easily change tasks as instructed.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 55% 

Preferred Skills 

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge and ability to prospect and market using social media tools such as linked-In 
  • Previous Key Account Management experience
