Position Summary:

The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a critical, hands-on role in the support, development, and strategic advancement of the organization’s HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This position serves as a key technical and functional expert, responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of the HRIS environment. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of core HR processes and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Succession and Development, Onboarding or Learning Management (LMS).

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR system support and solutions, including design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration. Responsible for functional testing and documentation of current and future processes to ensure accuracy and continuity.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to maintain SuccessFactors data. Provide strategic analytics support across the HR organization.
  • Evaluate and implement system enhancements in collaboration with module subject matter experts, driving continuous improvement. Responsible for leading review and testing during semi-annual SuccessFactors releases for necessary system changes or upgrades.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support system enhancements and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Support root-cause analysis efforts and contribute to resolution planning for system issues. Effectively communicate technical information across teams and deliver end-user training.
  • Help ensure system effectiveness following changes by supporting validation efforts and quality assurance practices.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of system integrations and file feeds, monitoring performance and escalating issues as needed to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Contribute to HRIS strategy discussions by offering insights based on system usage, trends, and feedback. Participate in decision-making processes with the HRIS team and leadership.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's of Science in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience implementing SuccessFactor modules or system administration required.
  • Good understanding of at least 2 different modules of SAP SuccessFactors including EC, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Onboarding, Succession and Development or LMS required.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Requires good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Able to work under limited supervision while meeting project deadlines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical solutions.
