Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product offerings and healthcare trends.

Requirements
