We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to target and expand our IT outsourcing services sector. This role is crucial for generating new business by identifying and nurturing potential client relationships, establishing our presence in the outsourcing market, and contributing to our long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify potential clients through email, social media, and cold calls.
Lead Qualification: Research prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads using specific criteria to ensure alignment with our IT outsourcing offerings.
Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the sales team, ensuring high attendance through diligent follow-up.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM, updating statuses and tracking key metrics.
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech-related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in achieving sales targets.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
