Job description

This is a remote position.

    
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition) to drive sales and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market , proven experience in client acquisition , and the ability to build long-term business relationships with direct clients and MSPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry, focusing on IT and non-IT contract staffing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, MSA agreements, and pricing models with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, client interactions, and reporting metrics.

Requirements
    
  • 3+ years of experience in US staffing business development, client acquisition, or sales.
  • Proven track record of acquiring direct clients, MSP/VMS accounts, and large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment models, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or other ATS systems.
  • Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.
  • Experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT staffing, engineering, healthcare, or financial services domains.
