Business Analyst (Data Science & SQL)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the FMCG sector, SQL, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data science techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Business Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize business processes within the FMCG sector to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data science tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. 
• English level B2 or above is required.
