About The Opportunity

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce shall be responsible for delivering projects and platform changes, acting as business & technology subject matter expert and providing guidance and support in training & process improvement.

The role of Sr. Business Systems Analyst over Salesforce will reside in Manila, Philippines. This role will report directly to the IT Manager for the Asia Pacific region working North America hours eastern time.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Prepare, Design, Build, Test and Deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements
  • Provide timely support to Salesforce support team
  • Maintain Salesforce knowledge base and communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders (Support team, business etc)
  • Provide consulting and support best practices around the utilization of Salesforce platform
  • Manage relationships with business teams including managing & leading projects
  • Assess risks and impacts on existing systems as new functions are added
  • Identify potential technical problems or design flaws so that preventive action can be taken
  • Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that requirements are fully satisfied
  • Create and deliver application demos to various internal/external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge

Skills And Experience We Value

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent with experience working in Salesforce.com or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Good experience and expertise in Salesforce configuration, especially Flows.
  • Salesforce certification is preferred
  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills
  • Previous project management (or Salesforce implementation) preferred
