Sr. Syteline Business Analyst

Your Challenge:

  • Evaluates and recommends changes to the Syteline system and supporting systems to meet the organization’s needs. 

  •  Takes ownership of projects, such as system upgrades and modifications, and is responsible for coordination of such projects from design to execution.

  • Facilitates the day-to-day activities of the Business System to ensure high-availability and serves as a Syteline technical expert and resource for other team members. 

  • Partners with customers and technical staff in the resolution of complex software problems, addressing business challenges and both identifying and executing solutions.  

  • Implements processes within the Syteline Business System, supporting systems and environments to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

  • Establishes and maintains Business System standards, controls, procedures, and documentation, providing technical and functional leadership.  

What You Bring:

  • Professional Certification from appropriate vendor is desirable

  • Expertise in the specific Business System (SyteLine) and module level integration

  • Excellent project management, time management, vendor management, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Action-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet difficult deadlines and balance overlapping project demands without compromising the quality or thoroughness of output

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts succinctly and clearly to a variety of audiences in written, verbal, and presentation formats

  • Ability to skillfully consult in a dynamic business environment, providing persuasive justification for proposals provided

  • Working knowledge of finance and manufacturing operations

  • Experience in application development, modification, and personalization (Syteline, SQL)

  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (404 Compliance), segregation of duties requirements
