Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the airline industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Utilize strong sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, particularly within the airline sector.
Manage a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing exceptional client management throughout the recruitment process.
Work collaboratively with the internal team and external partners to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve project objectives.
Location: Norway- Remote
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experiences.
Note: This position offers the potential for contract extension based on project needs and individual performance.
