About the Role

As a Remote Recruitment Consultant / PA, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our growing client base in the Food & Beverage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their work and grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

360 Recruitment: Source, interview, and place candidates in F&B and Hospitality businesses.
Business Development: Identify and connect with new clients, expanding our network.
Client & Account Management: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
Strategic Growth: Contribute ideas to drive business expansion.
Administrative Support: Manage documentation, update the CRM, and coordinate recruitment activities.
Deputise for the Business Owner when needed, ensuring smooth operations.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in Recruitment (preferably international) OR experience as a Hiring Manager in F&B or Hospitality.
Strong business development, networking, and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Highly reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Own laptop & stable internet connection (essential for remote work).
