Job Summary:

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of Compensation leadership and 10 years of general compensation experience is required. 10 years compensation leadership, 15 years compensation experience. Some healthcare compensation experience is strongly preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Microsoft Office skills and Intermediate skills with strength in Excel. Other report writing skills including Crystal and Access, preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHMR-SCP required or most be obtained within 3 years of date of hire.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $73.14 - $125.11. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
