Job description

BA Global Talent is seeking an HR & Talent Operations Analyst to join our internal team remotely. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations, talent engagement, and workforce management, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance tracking, and overall HR support. This position provides direct support to both team members and management, ensuring smooth HR processes that align with BA Global Talent’s culture and values.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation, ensuring a structured onboarding process.
  • Collect and verify pre-contract requirements and documentation.
  • Ensure new team members are set up with essential tools and platforms (Google - Workspace, ClickUp, Connecteam, and others).
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new team members during their first week, month, and quarter, and ongoing assignments.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Update internal platforms (Connecteam, Gust, and others) and remove system access for departing team members.


Administrative Processes:

  • Track and process PTO in Connecteam.
  • Assist in managing and receiving invoice requests for service providers.
  • Maintain and update HR-related financial records (software, licenses, benefits).
  • Update and improve manuals, policies, and procedures.


Performance & Development:

  • Support the execution of performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining individual growth plans for team members.
  • Facilitate ongoing check-ins to monitor progress and engagement.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between service providers, clients and/or the company.


Talent Engagement & Culture:

  • Plan and coordinate team-building events, virtual activities, and recognition programs.
  • Manage birthday, anniversary, and milestone celebrations.
  • Support initiatives that enhance team engagement and workplace culture.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the HR, Recruiting and Staffing world, and suggest enhancements and improvements.
  • Research and implement additional benefits for team members.


Recruitment & Talent Support:

  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners to support the hiring process.
  • Track and manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • ‘Ad-hoc’ assistance in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing talent experience support.


HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, compliance documents, and HR files.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all team lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, updates).
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure all HR-related financial records are properly maintained.


Support compliance efforts related to regulations and internal policies.

Holiday & Annual Planning:

  • Manage and update holiday schedules in Connecteam.
  • Send reminders for daylight saving time adjustments and other schedule changes.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating year-end recognition programs and holiday benefits.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (examples are: Connecteam, Google Workspace, ClickUp).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
  • Experience managing HR records, onboarding, and workforce lifecycle processes.


Time Zone: Argentina

Schedule: Full-time (with flexibility to accommodate support as needed)
