Key Responsibilities
Goal-Oriented Deal Conversion:
Identify opportunities to increase deal value from qualified prospects and expedite the closing process.
Converting leads that may have stagnated at the qualification stage into finalized deals, ensuring swift progression while maximizing project value.
Closing Deals:
Conduct high-level sales meetings and calls to understand the client’s needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
Address objections, overcome obstacles, and provide solutions to drive a sale to completion.
Sales Process Management:
Follow up on qualified leads passed from the sales team and nurture them to conversion.
Track sales pipeline progress and update CRM tools with real-time data on opportunities, stages, and outcomes.
Ensure a seamless handover from the sales team to account management or customer success teams after the sale.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating trust and long-term business partnerships.
Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
Collaborate with the sales team to refine closing strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Experience working with CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales data.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Knowledge of relevant industry trends and competitors’ positioning.
