Key responsibilities:
  • Clients query processing
  • Analysis of clients requirements
  • Maintaining technical infrastructure and monitoring problems
  • Communicating client's requirements to the development team
  • Delivery of the full-featured product to the client
Requirements:
  • B2 level of English
  • C1 level of Russian
  • Good understanding of API communication, reading log files
  • Good command of markup and web languages (HTML, CSS), web performance, search engine optimization principles
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance
  • Basic knowledge of Figma
  • Solid computer, analytical, organizational skills
Nice to have:
  • Understanding of iGaming / Sportsbook industry
  • Knowledge of iframe vs. domain differences
