What you’ll do:
As an Account Manager, this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi’s footprint in named accounts. The Account Manager at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top line and bottom line of the account.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business within key accounts and drive revenue growth.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across business, technology, and procurement functions.
Build and maintain a comprehensive account plan aligned with growth strategies.
Lead business development activities, including upselling and cross-selling Quantiphi’s solutions and services.
Collaborate closely with technology leaders and solution experts to deliver innovative, cutting-edge solutions tailored to client needs.
Identify new opportunities and proactively introduce solutions that drive business performance improvements.
Manage and close high-stakes negotiations, ensuring successful completion of Statements of Work (SOWs).
Work with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
Deep understanding of the Financial Services and Insurance industry, with past experience working on projects in Data Warehousing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Application Modernization, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data Migration.
Proven track record of scaling revenue from $5M to $10M within key accounts.
Ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships, expand accounts vertically and horizontally, and establish long-term partnerships.
Skilled at identifying client pain points, tailoring solutions, and positioning Quantiphi as a strategic partner.
Experience in selling professional services, with expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and high-stakes negotiations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive results.
Familiarity with Google Cloud solutions (hands-on experience not required) and an appreciation for Data & AI-driven solutions.
Bilingual (Must): Fluency in French and English is strongly preferred.
Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required - up to 50%.
