The Opportunity
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives. You will help to drive an agile, high-performing, and engaging workplace through your expertise in organizational design, change management, leadership development, talent management, and performance optimization. Acting as a strategic advisor and consultant, you will foster an agile, high-performing, and engaging workplace. The person in this role will take initiative, be adept with change, and take their big picture thinking and strong influencing skills to proactively understand and articulate problems and develop solutions. A strong collaborator, you will partner with stakeholders across the business in and outside of the People Team as well as wider functional experts such as Finance and Legal partners to deliver solutions efficiently & effectively. You will also help shape and inform CoE People projects and initiatives.
Other responsibilities include:
Strategic Partnership & Leadership
Align HR initiatives with business strategy and priorities.
Provide thought leadership and influence decision-making at leadership levels.
Collaborate with People CoE functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, Culture) for an integrated people strategy.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
Keep leadership informed on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for addressing.
Serve as a mentor and coach to People Business Partners.
Consultation & Coaching
Advise senior leadership on organizational design, change management, performance, and engagement.
Support talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership coaching, and internal mobility.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and best practices.
Organizational Development & Change Management
Lead organization design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align resourcing and recruitment strategies with company objectives.
Work with the Compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards strategies.
Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D to implement development programs.
Drive a high-performance culture by fostering proactive and accountable leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Significant experience in a progressive HR Business Partner role
Strong track record of strategic HR leadership and building trust with senior leaders
Expertise in change management, performance management, organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement
Experience partnering with/supporting Product & Engineering teams
Expertise in employee relations and case management
Experience in fast-paced, global mid-to-large organizations (tech scale-up experience a plus)
Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving business results
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Workday experience is a plus
