We are currently looking to expand our recruitment team and are seeking a skilled and passionate IT Recruiter with strong sourcing skills to join our dynamic team based remotely.
Position Overview:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for various positions. You will work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and identify candidates for various IT and/or non-IT positions,
  • Use creative sourcing strategies, including job boards, job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and Boolean searches to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Engage with potential candidates and build relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking sourcing efforts, candidate progress, and hiring activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on position requirements.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Research and leverage industry-specific platforms, forums, and communities to identify passive candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and candidate status to hiring managers and senior recruiters.
  • Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks related to candidate sourcing and screening.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing, preferably within the IT and/or non-IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT and/or non-IT industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to maintain and manage candidate databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience sourcing for niche technical roles
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools, including Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to international recruitment or working with global teams.
